the room was cleaned daily and toiletries were replenished. bottled water was provided each day, a convenient service. ibn battuta mall is a short walk away. the location is convenient to the bus stop and train station (it made getting around easy).
the lobby has little seating.

i found the breakfast quite nice. chef asha was very attentive and made great omelettes. my housekeeper yachuk made very very nice origami towel displays every day. overall, it was a five-star experience!!!
i observed some service inconsistencies. some days, staff pulled out chairs and escorted guests. other days, they barely acknowledged you. i was offered a complimentary lunch, but some staff seemed unhappy.

the concierge service was slow. they offered a car to the airport but didn't explain the price. they also claimed taxi services didn't work because of the rain, this was a lie.

superb experience near ibn battuta mall
convenient locationvaried foodgym closure
the hotel's location is quite convenient, being very close to ibn battuta mall. i found many retail outlets, entertainment options, and varied food choices easily accessible. the metro and bus station were a short walk away (very handy), , made accessing the city center straightforward.
i found the gym to be closed . i wish the hotel had provided more advance notice about the gym closure or had alternative arrangements in place, as i regularly use those facilities while traveling.

The rooftop pool offered excellent views and a relaxing atmosphere. It also included a section for children. interiors were amazing, with a notable dining hall, foyer and authentic arabian details, that added to the experience.

the staff were lovely and mostly helpful, especially at the reception and in the restaurants. some offered a welcome drink and quick assistance (really appreciated!). many employees were attentive during breakfast and dinner.

the room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and functional air conditioning. the provided amenities were useful and added to the comfort of the stay. there was also a good view.
